These Chocolate Covered Strawberry Overnight Oats are made with a chocolatey overnight oatmeal base with fresh strawberries on top.

1 cup rolled oats
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1.25 cups unsweetened, plain almond milk
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon chia seeds
4 large strawberries (sliced)

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients (minus the fresh strawberries) in a medium-size Tupperware and mix. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • The next morning, add a few more tablespoons of almond milk (if need be
  • Eat cold.

Steps:

  • In a mason jar, fill with rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, and maple syrup. Stir until well combined.
  • Place diced strawberries on top and seal jar.
  • Soak the oats overnight.
  • Place in fridge until ready to eat.
  • Enjoy!

1/2 cup old fashioned oats (certified GF if needed)
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
3/4 cup milk (dairy or unsweetened non-dairy)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp maple syrup
Handful of strawberries (fresh or frozen)
Handful of chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Combine oats, flax, milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup in a one-pint jar (or bowl). Screw on the lid, and shake.
  • Next, add strawberries and chocolate chips. Stir until mixed in.
  • Put the lid back on or cover, and refrigerate overnight (or at least 3-4 hours). Enjoy!

1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon clear honey
1 tablespoon sliced almonds
5 pieces strawberries (more or less to taste)
3 pieces blackberries (optional)
1/2 tablespoon white chocolate sprinkles

Steps:

  • Place the oats and chia seeds (optional) in a container that has a sealing lid (a mason jar works well).
  • Stir the milk and honey together then pour onto the oats. Stir well to make sure all of the milk reaches all of the oats and that the honey is mixed in enough to sweeten every bite!
  • Mix in or layer the sliced almonds, then add the sliced strawberries and blackberries or any other berries on top.
  • Finally, sprinkle white chocolate morsels or sprinkles over the berries.
  • Chill overnight. Serve in the morning!
