Warm and satisfying Carob Powder drink is a flavorful alternative to hot chocolate drink. Enjoy its amazing taste with only 5 ingredients.

Number Of Ingredients 6

Ingredients

1 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons coconut milk
1 tablespoon carob powder
1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or to taste
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Steps:

Mix almond milk, coconut milk, carob powder and salt in a medium saucepan with a whisk over medium-high heat. Stirring until all lumps disappear.
As soon as the carob drink is heated through and not boiling. Remove saucepan from the heat and stir in maple syrup and vanilla.
Delicious served topped with vegan marshmallows or coconut whipped cream.

1 cup milk (cow, soy, rice, or almond)
1 tablespoon carob powder (or to taste)
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Steps:

Place all ingredients in a small saucepan. Heat until hot (do not boil!).
Pour into a cup and enjoy!
