1 can (12 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 can (12 ounces) frozen cranberry juice concentrate, thawed

Steps:

Place strawberries in a blender; cover and process until pureed. Pour into a punch bowl; stir in remaining ingredients.

3 cups blackberries
18 canned lychees (from one 20-ounce can), plus 3/4 cup syrup from the can
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 cups sweetened acai juice
1 cup blueberry juice cocktail
18 large blueberries
3 cups lemon-lime soda
1 cup spiced rum or gin (optional)

Steps:

Puree the blackberries, lychee syrup and lemon juice in a blender. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing on the solids with a rubber spatula. Add the acai juice and blueberry juice. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours.
Gently push a blueberry into the cavity of each lychee. Transfer the punch to a punch bowl or pitcher and add the stuffed lychees, then gently stir in the lemon-lime soda and rum, if using. Serve over ice.

I made this punch for my sister-in-law's baby shower, and it was a big hit. The raspberry sherbet turns it a pretty pink color. The little ones enjoyed eating the half-thawed berries out of the bottom of their cups.

Steps:

Blend the mixed fruit, coconut rum, light rum, simple syrup, and lime juice in a large shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and pour over a glass full of ice. Top with a splash of soda water and garnish with strawberry slice.

Ingredients

2/3 cup water
2/3 cup sugar
3 cups fresh raspberries, divided
2 cups fresh orange juice
2 cups pineapple juice
1 cup dark rum
1 cup light rum
1 orange, peeled, diced
1 cup diced peeled fresh pineapple
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ice cubes

Steps:

Bring 2/3 cup water and sugar to boil in medium saucepan, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat; cool syrup completely. Puree 2 cups raspberries in processor. Pour puree through fine strainer set over saucepan with syrup. Press on solids to extract as much liquid as possible; discard solids.
Mix orange juice, next 6 ingredients, 1 cup berries, and raspberry syrup in glass bowl. Cover; chill at least 4 hours and up to 1 day. Strain into pitcher. Serve punch over ice.
