APPLE AMARETTO SOURS

Steps:

• Fill six highball glasses with ice. Pour 2 tablespoons amaretto into each. Stir together apple cider and lemon juice until well mixed. Divide evenly among glasses. Serve each with a lemon slice and cinnamon stick.

APPLE AMARETTO SOUR

Steps:

• Add the amaretto to a glass filled with ice.
• Top off with apple cider and the lemon juice and stir.
• Garnish with lemon slice and cinnamon stick.
• Enjoy!

PUFF PASTRY APPLE TURNOVERS

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine the sugar, flour and cinnamon; add apples and toss to coat. On a lightly floured surface, roll out each pastry sheet into a 12-in. square. Cut each into four squares. , Spoon 1/2 cup apple mixture into the center of each square; fold diagonally in half and press edges to seal. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet., In a small bowl, combine the butter, sugar and cinnamon; brush over pastry. Bake at 400° for 12-16 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream if desired.

APPLE CIDER AMARETTO SOUR

Steps:

• Put a few ice cubes on the cocktail shaker alongside the Amaretto, apple cider, and lemon juice.
• Shake well for a minute or so.
• Strain it into a glass with 2-3 big ice cubes (about ¾ of the glass)
• Garnish it with a slice of apple and a maraschino cherry on a cocktail pick.

AMARETTO SOUR

Steps:

• Juice lemon and pour the juice into a shaker.
• Add ice and Amaretto.
• Shake well then pour into a cocktail glass and top with soda water.
• Garnish with a lime if desired.
