SINFUL STUFFED MEATLOAF
This is so amazingly good. I keep on making this one. This recipe is from Company's Coming most loved main dishes.

Steps:
- Preheat oven 325 degrees celcius.
- Make the filling.
- Saute onions in butter until soft, the add mushrooms. Cook until soft.
- Add flour, thyme, salt and pepper, Mix in cream cheese.
- Mix all meat ingredients together.
- Grease your pan (i use a loaf cake dish).
- Place a little over a half of the meat mixture in the dish, spreading the meat up the side of the dish.
- Add the filling
- Then add the remaining meat over top of the filling and spred it evenly.
- Bake 325 for 1 hr.

STUFFED BREAD
This is a great recipe to take to a gathering because it is easy to make and serves plenty of people.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Slice the French breads in half lengthwise. Tear out little pieces of the soft bread inside (not all of it!) from the top and bottom of the bread and put it in bowl.
- In a large pot, brown your meats along with your bell pepper and onion.(You can add some of your favorite seasoning at this point, I use Tony Chacheres). Drain, and return to pot, on med. heat.
- Add the cubed Velveeta, bread chunks, and mushroom soup and stir until cheese is melted. Remove from heat.
- Spoon the mixture into the hollowed bottom part of the french breads and replace the tops of the bread. Wrap in foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Slice like you would a loaf of bread and serve!

This is a modified recipe of Schwans. Is extremely easy to make, and makes a delicious appetizer, or meal. My husband doesnt like sauerkraut, but he loves this recipe. Poppy seeds are optional

Steps:
- Cook bacon until lightly brown, then add the chopped onion and minced garlic.
- When onion is glossy looking, add sausage, sauerkraut, caraway seeds, brown sugar; let it cook for 5-10 more min , stirring often so it doesnt stick.
- Spray the baking sheet with cooking spray, and unfold the dough on it. Place the filling in the middle of the dough, place the cheese on it and then close it up.
- Beat the egg, and brush the dough with it. Sprinkle the top with poppy seeds.

- Combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl.
- add prepared stuffing mix, stir.
- add ground beef, mix until well blended.
- Press into greased 2 qt casserole dish.
- Combine ketchup and mustard, spread on top of beef mixture.
- bake uncovered at 350F for about an hour.
